Bishop Abangite College of Science and Technology, a Catholic owned School Lead in Form Four National Exams in Western Equatoria

The National Examination Council released results for the 2021/2022 Secondary School Examination as Bishop Abangite College of Science and Technology takes the lead in Western Equatoria with the first boy and girl scoring 94% and 89% respectively.

In an online interview with Fr. Joseph Migidi, the principle of the College, said that they are satisfied with the result since they have performed much better compared with the last exams, “the results shows that seven out of the best top ten girls from Western Equatoria and eight out of top ten boys comes from Bishop Abangite College and the whole classed have passed.”

Fr. Migidi thanked all the teachers, support staff and students for their commitment and discipline which made them hold position one in National Exams in Western Equatoria, encouraging the next class to work extra hard and aim higher towards scoring higher grades.  He also asked teachers to provide extra services to students which are out of class, like listening to them and helping them to develop a good moral behavior.

The principle called upon the corporation of parents, “even though the poverty level is striking us hard I encourage you to bring your children to school and work hard in hard with teachers, and do no encouraged absenteeism”, he narrated.

For the Government, he continued, “ provide us with the necessary services to support our profession, let there be conducive learning environment for our sons and daughters, by ensuring there is peace, water, learning materials and other services that are necessary,”
