One of a Catholic faithful from has urged the major Seminarians at St. John Paul II institute of Philosophy to master and live by the massage enshrined in the diocesan anthem, which emphases on the unity of the Western Equatoria people and the Catholic faithful in the Diocese.
Simon Peter Sarawasi, who is also the State minister of Housing, Land and public utilities told the major seminarians that the Diocesan anthem is a powerful instrument for unity of people of Western Equatoria and South Sudan at large.
“My only request to you the Seminarians is, I need you to implement the Diocesan anthem of CDTY, I think all of you know how to sing it well, because it talks of our unity, from Tombura to Katiba we are all one. This anthem you have to use in your daily lives”. Sarawasi said.
The Diocesan anthem
It’s you and I
In unity we are all one
In Tambura
We are all one
In Yambio
We are all one
In Western Equatoria
We are all one
In South Sudan
We are all one
It’s you and I
In unity we are all one
Mr. Sarawasi made this remarks at reopening of St. John Paul II institute of Philosophy on Saturday.
