Army Commander Impressed by Values in Western Equatoria
Commander Angelo John Kuchi, the in-charge of the army in the whole of Western Equatoria, part of Bar-el-Ghazel and part of Malakal has termed the people of Western Equatoria as a peace loving people who knows God.
The Division Commander Angelo who is stationed at Meridi had paid a visit to Yambio where he had a reception at the Bishop's house in the Curia. He said that his life has been touched in so many ways by the people of Western Equatoria and he encouraged them to continue with the same spirit.
“You people of Western Equatoria already have a good foundation which is your faith in God, you have good soil to grow food and many learned people in the community. These are good resources that should be utilized well for the development of the people and the growth of Western Equatoria State,” Commander Angelo expressed.
He encouraged the people of Western Equatoria, both the young and the old, men and women to unite and work together towards promoting the development of their communities and peaceful coexistence among themselves.
He was touched by the way things are done in Western Equatoria and encouraged everyone to hold on to these values for the betterment of future generations.
