The acting Secretary General of South Sudan people liberation (SPLM) of the defunct Gbudue state Mr. Awad Kisanga is calling upon the locals to be united and embrace peace and unity.
Speaking to radio Anisa at his office on Tuesday, he said that the party is implementing the resolutions on the peace agreement to harmonize and work hand in hand with their colleagues in SPLM-IO to ensure that development in western Equatoria is achieved.
Mr. Awad Kisanga stated that coronavirus has brought many challenges blocking them from accomplishing some of their activities. He added that the party is looking forward towards opening their offices in all counties of western Equatoria.
He further asked all SPLM members to welcome whole heartedly the newly appointed governor of Western Equatoria state Hon. Alfred Futuyo.
