A Divine Agenda: Bishop Eduardo’s Pastoral Journey Ignites Educational Hope

In a spirit of unity and education, Bishop Barani Edwardo Hiiboro Kussala is embarking on a significant pastoral visit to three parishes: Sts. Peter and Paul in Naandi, Holy Trinity Andari, and the Christ the Redeemer Diabio Catholic Parishes. The visit is not only a spiritual endeavor but also a commitment to advancing education through the launch of the "We Go Back to School" campaign.
February 3, 2024 - Kodati Nabiapai Ezo County:
The journey will begin with Holy Mass, Launching an International Garden of Peace, and launching an International Kindergarten and Primary school at Kodati Nabiapai Ezo County (where three countries meet, namely Central African Republic, Democratic Treatment, and South Sudan) from 10:00 am.
The bishop sets the tone for his visit by emphasizing peace and education, symbolized through the inauguration of an International Garden of Peace and the launch of a new school, a beacon of hope for the community.
February 5-7, 2024 - Palica, Nzara County:
Diocesan Annual Assembly at the Pastoral and Mission Center. The assembly marks a crucial period for the diocese, fostering collaboration and strategic planning for the spiritual and educational growth of the region.
February 12, 2024 - Buregero, Napere and Bangaingai:
The bishop will be engaging in meaningful conversations with the community, addressing both spiritual and societal concerns, followed by focused discussions with men in the evening.
February 13, 2024 - Holy Trinity Catholic Parish:
A day of spiritual affirmation as the Bishop will administer the Sacrament of Confirmation emphasizes the significance of faith in daily life. Thereafter, the prelate will meet only men and plants across the proposed Shrine in Degere before departing to Naandi.
February 14, 2024 - Kua-Nyasi Center:
The holy season of Lent commences with an Ash Wednesday Mass, a time for reflection and renewal
February 15, 2024 - Yombii and Diabio:
Education will take center stage as the Bishop inaugurates an Education Garden and Fish Pond, aligning with the "We Go Back to School" campaign.
February 16, 2024 - Naandi:
A whole-day conference of Action through Conversations, consultations, and planning to develop Road or Education Development Goals for the launch "We Go Back to School Campaign."
A day dedicated to strategic planning, to emphasize the importance of education in community development.
February 17, 2024 - Naandi:
This will be the official Launching of "We Go Back to School" with colorful events at Holy Spirit Mid-West Deanery, Ezo County.
The campaign will officially kick off, hoping for a vibrant and impactful journey towards improved education.
February 18, 2024 - Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Parish:
The pastoral visit will conclude with Holy Mass including the blessing of the task forces, committees, and all the stakeholders and all those involved in the implementation of the educational initiatives.
