One of the passengers Mr. Clement Gbatanawo explained how comfortable it was to fly with Eagle airline “the customer care is ok and also the flight itself is good and we see that the pilots are experienced from the outlook and from how they took and how they manage the aircraft up, I was fine with it”.
A new airline known as Eagle aviation owned by the first Pilot from Western Equatoria kicked off on the morning of Friday 3rd March 2023, flying its customers from Juba to Yambio.
Clement adds that the flight was comfortable compared to other commercial flights he has been using, “this one was very comfortable, the noise he experienced on other commercial flight, it wasn’t on this one, I didn’t need any hear parts to block off the noise he narrated”
Eagle Airlines flew four passengers from Juba to Yambio despite the fact that the plane has enough space to carry more than15 passengers, and the management responded that it is their mandate to fulfilling the need of their customers rather than expecting many passengers to fly with them.
Some citizens in Yambio capital of Western Equatoria State expressed concern about inconsistency with the service adding that if the airline wants to win the trust of the customers there has to be consistency in service delivery.
