A new airline known as Eagle owned by the first Pilot from Western Equatoria is set to begin operating from Juba to Yambio in March this year 2023.
Mr. Anthony Abu-John Kabashi who hails from Western Equatoria State is finalizing the process of establishing the airline to commence operation next month.
Speaking in an interview with Anisa Radio Mr. Anthony, son of the first South Sudanese commander to have entered military college in Sudan, the late Samuel Abu-John says he has established a new airline called Eagle that will be operating from Juba to Yambio with a plan of integrating into the whole of South Sudan and international.
He encouraged South Sudanese to drive out fear, stay out of negative peer pressure and pursue positive dreams. Mr. Anthony encouraged listeners to prevent some negative social habits which are influenced by alcoholism since one cannot standardize his/her duties when drunk.
In a related development, Mr. Anthony Kasbah has established an introduction to aviation in Juba, South Sudan while the practicum will be in Kajjiance, Kampala Uganda due to some unnamed circumstances.
He called on the different sectors operating in Yambio, Western Equatoria State, and South Sudan at large to cooperate and support this airline as it is safe and certified by the United Nations and other international bodies.
Mr. Anthony a 34-year-old pilot who completed and obtained a master’s degree in forensic science in the United States of America expressed how comfortable and easy it is to be a pilot. Anthony who speaks Spanish, Mexican, Arabic, English, Portuguese, and Pazande got his license at 18 years but couldn’t be allowed due to being underage has now worked in aviation for the last five years.
