Yambio Multipurpose Vocational Training Centre to be up Graded to Technical University

On Tuesday 17th of January 2023, the Minister of General Education and Instruction in Western Equatoria state, Hon. Grace Apollo Musa said her ministry is trying its level best to see that Yambio Multipurpose Vocational Training Centre being up gradated into State technical university to help and produce engineers within the state.
Grace further outlines some of her ministry achievements for last year 2022, citing that under her leadership, 32 students within the state have been sent for further studies outside the state, 10 in Ethiopia, 20 in Egypt and 2 are in Wau.
She added that through her ministry and its partners they have manage to renovate Nakpangau Primary School in Yambio which is ready to host pupils this year, constructing 4 class room in Mvolo, reopening of Yabongo Girls Boarding School with 42 girls who are studying science and training of over 400 teachers.
